Do you remember the movie Bruce Almighty with Jim Carrey? One of my favorite scenes from the movie is when Bruce is driving behind a truck full of street signs and asking God to just send him a sign! The signs were right in front of him, but he just wasn't looking!

Are you trying to sell your Edmond home on your own, For Sale By Owner? If you are, you might be feeling a bit like my friend here on the right! He's pooped out from trying to accomodate everyone that wants to see his house! Everytime a buyer calls from his sign or a realtor wants to show the house, he has to spring to action. He is on duty!
I know this to be true because I am living it. Now, you might be a bit puzzled by that statement. You might be thinking to yourself, "Well Kristyn, you ARE a Realtor. That's kinda your job!"

I am a SMover, a person who smiles and moves. However, this has been a difficult year for me. My customers are usually very satisfied and from them I have received numerous referrals over the years. I had two transactions this past year in which the my clients were dissatisfied. I worked extremely hard in both these transactions to please my clients, but to no avail.
